Complete minus the brackets that bolt to the floor. Subs and amps look to be in good shape, the HU has some damage to the faceplate.
Will work in all 01-04 cars with Mach 460 system. May be able to make it work on 94-00 cars as well (minus the HU).

All you'll need to install is the power cable below and to tap off the input signal from the factory 460 amps.
