I got this for being a Kickstarter backer...I've had it for a little over a year now, I think...only reason I'm selling is because I'm upgrading to the 5s.
Case is in very good condition. Some slight polishing on the more-used rubber areas, nothing noticeable unless you are really looking hard at it! Case has never been dropped onto a hard surface...only minor surface scratches from everyday use.
Because it is a metal case, the signal strength does drop slightly...this never caused an issue for me, personally, but just be aware of it.
I got this case as a $150+ backer in the original Kickstarter.

Note that they only sell the plastic version now. The aluminum ones were a special edition with low production numbers.

Here are some pictures I took when I got the case:
Right after removing from the box (the display there is just a piece of paper)

Shows the rubber truss system:
Shows the aluminum headphone port cover
Shows the back plate and rear portion of the rubber truss (so it has a nice soft surface to sit on, and won't scratch anything up when you put it down)
Compared to my old Otterbox
It's difficult to tell in the pictures, but the case actually has integrated Corning Gorilla Glass on the front cover...so the phone screen is actually protected by glass, not a plastic sheet. The Gorilla Glass is designed to be strong and smudge resistant. The audio ports are also covered in a hydrophobic material to resist water. The case is NOT waterproof, but it is very water resistant. I had the phone in the case for a year straight with no dust collecting inside (a big problem with my old Otterbox)...really good seal around the phone.
