FS: lightly used HD Homerun Prime

I havent been using my HD Homerun Prime as much as I thought I would. Its a 3-tuner CableCARD device that plugs into your router via gigabit ethernet. Watch/pause/record live TV via Windows Media Center, OSX, Linux, Xbox 360, PS3, Smart TVs, and Bluray players. WOW and Comcast both offer service with a CableCARD. WOW charges me $3.50 per month for CableCARD rental, instead of the $14-ish per month to rent a HD DVR. $125, pickup in Warren or St. Clair Shores.
