Ok I guess we are just going to sell this, we were going to rent it out but dont want the hassle that goes along with that.....
So what we have is a 3 bedroom, basement 1 bath brick bungalow in Redford off Plymouth road near the Dairy Whip-Fire station area
House has a new roof installed about 2 months ago 50 year shingle on it
new furnace maybe a year ago new hot water heater, and windows we think in 99 which are Wallside, Centeral air, copper pluming
2 car with power detacted garage
I am in the process of doing work on it right now,I going to refinsh the two bedroom floors which are hard wood,The living room and hallway are hardwood also but we are leaving the carpet on that.
I am also redoing the the kitchen floor and new carpet installed upstairs
We are looking to get 65k with the improvments I plan on doing
and 60k without
We plan on listing this very soon for 79k as there is one kitty corner from ours listed for 89k
I just though I would maybe help someone out here and get a very nice house for the price
I know its a buyers market right now but this is not a bank repo where people have tore the crap out of it, this is a paid off move right in house.

with any question call me 734 560 1363 Dave

looks like a real nice house for the money  i actually wish i had waited to purchase my house for about another year or so  Just my luck in life that after i buy anything, i find something without even looking that would have been a much better deal or just all around better suited for me :mad::mad: Good luck with the sale!

Brings back memories...I grew up around there and used to ride up to McD's on Plymouth Rd, then head that way for ice cream....The old McD's too, closer to Inkster....
