So, I get a car allowance for work, and my DD for the past ~ 2years no longer qualifies so now it needs to get sold so I can get my new DD.
2007 Mercury Mariner Premier FWD
167,000 miles
3.0L Duratec V6
6 disc in dash CD "Audiophile" system
Tan leather heated seats
Its in good shape, but does show some wear and tear
a few small dings, and tiny surface rust spots around the car
driver's side seat back bolster is pretty heavily worn
Plastic of Radio display is cracked and display is very dim. Was planning to replace with another stock unit before sale, just haven't done it yet. I can get one, or we can negotiate a little out of the price if you want to do your own.
Windshield cracked this winter after getting a stone chip. Was also planning to have this replaced before sale.
$6,000 for Motown members. Once the radio and windshield are replaced, it's going on Craigslist for $6500
Would like to sell ASAP, so I can go see Matt to pick up a new Focus ST...
Update 5/6: Price drop to $5500, has new windshield, new in-dash 6 disc CD changer (OEM, not aftermarket), new front pads and rotors runs great.
for the gun guys, I'm willing to take firearms, ammo, optics in partial trade to bring the cash price down a bit too.
I'm getting impatient, and the next step is to go see Varsity's used car guy and beg to not lose my shirt on a trade-in, lol. If somebody buys it from here, I promise I'll get something with a V8 instead of the Focus, lol.
