I have created a new thread since the title was still indicating the old (higher) price of the car.

Im a vw guy on the side aswell and I can vouch for these mods, very well thought out

my friend rob has an 01 gti with the apr k04 kit and a 55 shot and its not exactly slow, good luck with the sale :badass:

Thanks!

55 shot? That's gutsy. Tell him not to push over 350. Experience speaking here. 60 trim, 23 psi, 7K RPM = torn rod & windowed block.

My girl has a 02 jetta 1.8t, The car is sweet. A GIAC X+ and a 2.5 TB ghl exhaust it went 14.4 with a 2.6 60ft. BTW she also gets 30 mpg in the city. These cars make very practical everyday cars. They come with great options heated cloth seats and monsoon radio.

You dont have extra parts you are interested in getting rid of by any chance do you?

Not really. I had a bunch of big turbo upgrade parts that I dumped when I started to convert the car back to close to stock. The car could be high 13 second capable with the mod list, partly because of the Peloquin differential helping it hook up.

I wish I could bring it out to the track just once... :)
