This car is a show winner and its fast, too. Took first place in the modified class two summers ago at the Ohio gathering of TTAs. Has won its class at Detroit Autorama the last two years in a row. The pictures speak for themselves. This car is fast and rare. Very little will stay next to it on the highway when your foot is in it. It is beautiful in every way and draws a crowd of young and old alike everywhere it goes. As far as I know, this is the ONLY stage 2 Turbo Trans Am (Street Car) in existence. There is another Stage 2 TTA, but from what I've seen it is a full-blown, tube-chassis, race car.

Pontiac made 1555 of these in 1989 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Trans Am. Yes, they put the Grand National engine (with some minor changes) into these cars and created a collector car in the process. This car actually has a Stage2 engine, which is the Buick equivalent of putting a Dart-block based engine in your car - 4-bolt mains, beefy webbing, etc... These engines will make 2000hp with the correct cam and turbo.

Thanks!

This is a very cool car. GLWS

Thanks!

Very nice !!!!!!

Thanks!

Very nice car! The stock engine is the same as the GN but with different heads (Cavalier heads I believe) do to the engine bay being a bit smaller. The cavalier heads actually flowed better then the stock GN heads. Good luck with the sale. You always have nice rides

wow thats amazing nice car man

Thanks.

Wow! GLWS!

Thanks.

I didnt get to see it run at No ET... :( Any video??

No vid, Denny. Sorry.

I feel this is a GREAT deal for a super clean car! The price to build that engine alone would be ridiculous!!!

You are dead right, but most people have no idea. Because Pontiac is now extinct, I think the value of these cars will rise significantly as they continue to age. There is the potential because of its rarity and its Buick GN connection that these could become the Hemi Mopars of the future - value wise.

Yeah, the heads were actually off the 3.0L v-6 of that era, not the 3.8L engine. They did outflow the GN heads stock vs. stock. Thanks for the compliment.
