Frontline or Nexgard for my puppy

The heart guard is cheap insurance we give it to our dog.

You can get the flea stuff and only give just give it in the summer......

This. I don't use Frontline though, I use Bayer Advantix II since it also repels mosquitoes and biting flies. They run about the same price.
 
You'll be real sad if your pup catches heartworm, my dog had heartworm when she was a rescue so she has to be on some heartworm prevention, any of them work, just some do more like Tin said.
 
Yea, we plan on using it. The vet said if purchased thru them they cover 100% of anything needed I guess. IDK what the price difference is.
 
You should do HeartGuard and flea/tick preventative. It's not that expensive. Find out what it is from your vet and also look on DrsFostersandSmith.com
