As The Title says Free 1981 Mobile Home. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home, large kitchen, island with gas range, dishwasher, double sink. bathroom has garden tub and stand up shower, with double sink/vanity. large bay windows in kitchen and living room. waterheater was replaced about 2 years ago. roof was sealed last year. Also has a 10x10 shed.
Located In Rudgate at 26 Mile Rd. and M-53.
This belongs to my brother who just got a job out of state . He cant afford to keep paying the Lot Rent Here and His Apartment/ Cost of living in Chicago. Home is paid off so only lot rent and utilities..
