hey guys i need some help right now my car is really starting to drip some oil out on the ground, i notice that it happens every time i get on it when im driving i can smell the exhaust burning my oil... no good.

i replaced the valve cover gaskets. my next culprit is the lower intake gasket... any other ideas? idk if it is my PCV valve, i took that off when i replaced my valve cover gaskets, shook it and it rattles, so i assumed it is good but idk could it still be bad?

oil pressure is fine so i dont think its my head gaskets.

Check the drivers side of the oil pan the tube that goes into it cracks sometimes. That or wipe everything down drive it a bit and try to track where the oil is coming from.

so this is what i did. sprayed the top of the tranny bellhousing off with degreaser so it was all nice and dry and clean.... took it around the block once and punched it a couple times (smelled burning oil on the exhaust pipes where they come down from the headers) pulled back in the garage and looked back at the top of the bellhousing again and it was COVERED in oil. so im guessing my intake manifold gasket is leaking from the rear, (seeping pretty noticeably from the front aswell). thats my best educated guess, since the pcv valve is operational, and has suction....

When you get the new Intake gasket set throw away the rubber front and back seals away. Get a tube of syllicone and put a 1/4 inch bead along the front and back of the Intake. Wait 3-4 minutes and Install the side gaskets then the Intake. you shouldnt leak then.
