door hinge area rust... under windshield, how to fix this and is anyone willing to help make patches?

check the rest of the car for rust. torqueboxes, floor pans, front frame rails next to the headers.
if these are also showing issues, you may want to look at another roller as bad as it sounds. ive only seen the a pillar rot on cars that have a few more issues.

Believe it or not, car is rust free besides that. It's caged with thru floor connectors and torque boxes welded.. Everything's clean, the windshield leaked before I think... Causing it, it's not bad at all just seeing what others have done

then start cutting lol. go to the junkyard and cut one out thats clean and weld it in place of yours.
