Found my old car

My 96 GT was on the cover of 5.0 in Jan. 99. Messing around on the 5.0 website I found the article. I cant beleave this was 11 years ago! At the time the article was done it was still a nitrous car running 12.70's. Back then it was hard to even run in the 12's with a 2V. Times have changed. lol

Ya, its my brother-in-laws car. We raced it in SSO in 2000 then sold that motor and rebuilt the car for Milan all motor class. We raced that class in 04-05 and actually won a race in 04 going 9.30's. By 05 we were no longer able to hang going 9.00's. Its going on the street for next year hopefully.

i remember it when it was in sso. any pics of that? it was a cool car.
