I really want to play this game. I don't have an Xbox though. Wish I could play it on my computer or something. I love all the shit you can do. It looks to be exactly what I wanted Grand Tourismo to be, and more.

This is exactly how I feel about the game. I *was* a die hard GT fan until they really really lost their way.......

Then Forza turned out to be exactly what I wished GT was...... I am still kinda said GT lost its way though

Yeah, the GT games were certainly fun, but I really wanted more personalization and stuff with the cars.

Missed this thread so I accidently made a duplicate thread. Well anyways, here's a small contribution of mine.

Here's a handful of cars I've made, although there are a lot more haha

Shaun, did you do the Dorsey scheme or is that from the store front? It annoys me that I can import vynil groups from 3 but not 2. I have so much epic stuff that I made in 2 that I would give body parts to be able to put into 4. Including all of the proper decals for that Schroeder paint scheme, as well as many, many others. I really want my old school Comp Cams logo from 2. That thing was perfect and it was such a cool logo to start with.

I never made much of anything in 3. I have been dabbling a bit with paint in 4 now though. I was going to run a Firebird in the historic trans am league, so I painted one. Then I got 1000 miles in a Firebird knocked out so I switched to a Dodge and had to paint a Challenger. I made a pretty bad ass direct connection logo. I'll get some pics this weekend.

I just added a car to the club garage that we have to have a "spec" race with on the Brickyard (oval). It runs 39 second laps without a draft but it is set up to have a little extra RPM in the tank for drafting purposes. I think it could be fun. It will similarly lap Sedona in the 24's.

I honestly thought for a moment my car was going to fall off the mountain on Bermese Alps the other night. Obviously that isn't possible but my car was in the air, hurling toward the edge of the map way above the guard rail. then the edge of the map caught it and put it back down. I wish I had managed a picture.

Easiest way is to go to the right of the main menu, do a hot lap, pick a track with a strip (such as Sedona, Hockenheim, the test track, etc.), and grab either a stock car or one you've built/tuned out of your garage (or one out of the club garage). :icon_smil

Thanks will check it out!

I was trying to beat the community rivals person in the Regatta challenge last night. Holy shit I suck at launching a car in drag racing on this game. It seems that I have a way of making cars hook too well. I set the revs and as soon as the light goes green the revs drop to nothing and the car won't move for a couple seconds, like it's stuck. Or I launch off the rev limiter and it spins. I finally came up with something that would launch if I just stabbed it right after I saw the 1 second in the countdown, the revs would get to 2000-2500 before it took off and it would just go. That was the only thing that even remotely worked for me though.
