Forza 4 photo thread

Take this for a test spin. It's in the club garage as a B500 car. Would be an awesome spec Mustang race car. :)

Forza, with the addition of the SN95, needs to give us the LT1 4th gen...Preferably in Camaro form.

Am I the only one that likes to take cars and keep their stock trans' and whatnot and try to put as much power as you can and see how funny the 4speed are with like 1000 hp?

I build the obnoxious, big power stuff. But when it comes to doing some competitive racing, I prefer near stock power levels, n/a, light weight, sticky tires, full suspension, aero, etc. Seeing cars racing with Dubs and/or setups that are flat out rediculous for racin just irritates me. If you're just f**king around, that's totally different.

I've never been big into the whole crazy racing thing with forza, I usually race enough to get enough money to play around with cars lol.

edit: If I had internet right now I would log in to XBL and post up some pictures of my cars

Bateater's approach has to be how someone discovered the cheaty B440ish Dart set up that got Darts banned from the leaderboards.

I had a legit, not cheaty, set up for my Thunderbolt that worked pretty good, then I found out that is a banned from leaderboards car. That was a lame discovery. The Thunderbolt would be my go to car if it wasn't banned from posting leaderboard times.

I can't stop looking at the b&w pic I took last night....it's just soooo sexy to me. I'm seriously considering finding someone or some place that can turn this into a poster so I can frame it and hang it in my place. Hmmmmm....Forza Art....now there's an idea. Time to think up some more b&w car/track combinations....

A few more...

I made a 2013 GT500 in the game (I have updated the paint scheme to be more accurate since these photos were taken) but i have made this car the closest to a real 2013 as possible. The displacment is correct, HP and TQ are correct, brakes are correct, dampers, tires, Transmission ratios, spring rates, preload on the diff etc. Its all accurate to the 2013 Shelby

Then we built a ZL1 as close as possible to the real car as well, you can find it where it will be in real life.....behind the GT500.
The grey Camaro is the Hennessey LS9 Camaro

Can you save those settings (or the vehicle) to the MM clubhouse?

Oh...and could you call me re: suspension, pleeeeeeeze!

Hey Dean I cant share the setup until eveything about the car is made public (some of the specs I used to create the car aren't public yet)

I have been out sick since Friday from work (I am assuming you sent me an email to my work addy?) I will call you tomorrow (probably end of day) when I get back to work.

Jeff has complained that the ZR1 ring times don't seem to be replicatable in the game. I wonder how much of that is the game not being able to model dampers that adjust themselves continuously on the fly.

20+ second difference in times. I clicked off a mid-to-high 7:4x time at the 'ring driving like maniac and the lap record was 7:26 before they re-ran it with stickier tires a couple of years later to get a 7:19. I've also noticed my Catalunya lap times have increased as well. A600 cars used to be able to make 1:52 lap times on a decent run. Pulling that off now requires a high S or low R3 car now IIRC.

Yep, was to your work email...thanks, and hope you're feeling better.
