Former boss calls me a fag. What's the best LEGAL retaliation?

I quit working for a company 2 weeks ago. Last Friday after being accused of stealing company property on my voicemail, I sent a text to my former superviser & the owner of the company a text message explaining that I hadn't stole any company property or broke into the shop as accused. I had actually returned 2 tools & some paperwork to them in their mailbox over the weekend accompanied by my girlfriend & son. The owner left me a voicemail afeter receiving the text saying "I always thought you were a fag & now I know you are ..........don't text me anymore, etc. Fast forward to yesterday, I get last Fridays check in the mail & at the bottom near the memo spot it says FAG! I thought it was rather amusing that the owner would do such a thing. Just wondering if there is any way to get back at this idiot?
 
Lol! I'm not gay. I have a 9yr old son & a daughter on the way. I am in a relationship with a woman. Sending anyone to beat him up would be the illegal part that I'm avoiding. I'm not even offended. I just think that its bs for a employer to right fag on my check that I have to take to a teller and cash. Pretty much bs for him to leave the message on my voicemail too.

Thats kind of pathetic, honestly I would just be the bigger man and part ways. Obviously the guy makes a tool out of himself without any help.
 
Order him a shitload of pizza. Use the phone line for deaf people to cover your tracks ;).
 
Find out his address and throw away a few bucks on a 12 month gift subscription to some blue balls fag boy magazine in his name.
 
Lmfao! That's the kinda stuff I'm looking for. I'm gonna subscribe right now to that magazine in his name & have it sent to the office. Great stuff there!
 
i'd start a thread on a car forum on the internet, and base any future actions on the responses i receive.......that's just me being childish though, i suppose.:awugh:
