Yea they built it, I went to a car show at the college and it was there along with a few other cars they built.

i watched that car in various stages of building... it was a neat project. was also kinda cool seeing that brand new GT literally cut in half so they could get the whole frame for the back end and whatnot. the GT was a prototype that was destined for the crusher anyway, donated by Ford IIRC.
