Force Protection Armored Vehicle 60-0mph stop

That's exactly why I'm all in favor of slower speed limits for heavier trucks and absolutely hate it when they ride my ass in traffic. My Brembos will outperform 98+% of the brakes on the road today...let alone a large truck or semi.

I thought that was why the auto industry created anti lock brakes? I guess our military or whom evers military hasn't quite caught up yet.

I'd be surprised if those trucks didn't have ABS. Everything new we did when I was at BAE Systems had them.

That's the RG31 (I think) piece of shit I you ask me. I drove and fixed MAT-V's by Oshkosh and love them, cat C-6 Allison trans. Had 34 trucks and never blew up a trans or motor or grenades an axle. The A/C systems suck ass but that's about it. We also had about 28 Maxpro an them things were fucking garbage, we parked them all except mission needed.

Did the Oshkosk M-ATVs you drove get the up armor package? Last I knew they didn't pass the blast requirement and needed the mod kits.

I believe the video is a Cougar as well. I've seen them in person and they were less than impressive.

RG33 were the dual rear axle trucks. As for the Mat-V's. we were slowly turning them in for upgrade while there. Only took like 3 months a truck and we didn't have many spares.
