You have me by a little HP, but I'll have the dyno sheets in the next week or two.

RD triple port, level 4 porting, .080 over, alcohol 39mm PWK's w/ power jets, lockclutch, override etc...

RDZ is tuning it on the Dyno. i just have to get it over there.

sounds badass. Is yours a cheetah cylindered motor ?? there is no way a stock cylindered motor can make that kinda power. Before i had my cheetah bike i had another bike with a 565cc. stock cylindered alky. motor in it and it only made 125 rwhp. and that was a maxxed out triple port big cc motor. Tyson built the cheetah and a&s built the 565. I have been getting the urge to build another banshee lately. I want to do something different this time. I'm thinking either n20 busa motor in a custom chassis or a stock cylinder true 350 with n20.

Stock Cylinders, RDZ did the triple porting.
The RDZ same setup without triple port is the fastest 350 in the world. It ran a 3.87 at 87mph at Planet sand 2006. No nitrous, no nitro methane.

I know the HP numbers, but he wants to keep them under wraps.

The motor in the banshee now (the one listed above) made 102hp at the wheels. (not bad for stock cylinders).

I have 2 other banshee's, One is there right now, and RDZ wants to build one for drag racing and take it back to planet sand. I just want something to play on the dunes. I'm still debating, I'm not in to drag racing on sand (300'), but an asphalt banshee would be fun.
Rob @ RDZ is talking big stroker w/ alcohol and nitrous and air shifter.
It's not the motor that is the expensive part, it's the chassis and suspension!
so that is why I'll probably just go 7-10mm on alcohol and call it good.

Luckily he's hooking me up.

But it still

you can't beat a good running 10mm. that's the most that i would go with a stock cylinder though. any more than that and you will have problems with the cylinders stress cracking in various places. I had this problem with my 565 stock cyl. motor. That true 350 record was in a feather of a chassis with a light rider. any pics of your bikes ??

The 350 record bike is owned by a friend of mine.

The chassis is a drag chassis, not sure I'd call it a feather, but it's lighter than a stock one. RDZ takes the stock frame 44lbs and cuts it down to 28lbs..

The rider was Gunner. Younger rider, but a helluva driver.

As you know, it's not all about power, it's putting it to the sand/asphalt/ice whatever.

At that planet sand race when it set the record they continued racing in the bigger classes;
That bike actually stepped up a class and won there also, stepped up another class and placed third.
For a 350, that is an amazing time. Heck for a 10mil, that is still a good time.

MY CPI pipes cames yesterday, so if it ever warms up I can install them. I was trying to talk RDZ into making a set of inframes, but after Shearer screwed him over, he's not making any more in frames.
(he contracted with Shearer to build pipes, Shearer built a set, sent them to RDZ, rdz tested and modified the pipes (cut and welded, enlarged, shrank) then sent them back to SHearer who produced them. There was a falling out and shearer quit making them for RDZ but sold them under his brand "SHearer pipes"

I told RDZ that we should have sued him

that is a shitty deal, seems like there has to be more to it than that though. I have dealt with matt shearer on several occasion's building custom pipes for my bikes. He was always a really good guy to me. The set on my black cheetah bike was a proto set that he built for me i dyno'd and raced with them and he gave me a steal on them for doing that. You will be happy with the cpi's i ran the out of frame small bore drag pipes on my old true 350 banshee and it make some really nice power. 81 hp. on pump gas. true stock bore stock stroke 350, non-triple port.
