i know we have alot of gun guys on here. went to the range and shot a mk19 40mm greneade launcher and an m2 .50 cal, heres a couple vids from the day

Damn, nothing like blowing a couple thousand in ammo in a matter of minutes lol.... cool shit.

we went thru 36,000 rounds of .50 cal....14,000 rounds of 7.62x51 240B rounds.....6500 40mm grenades for the mk19....we shot for 24 hours straight. at night we used the night vision and thermal sights and kept shooting.

And all of that money spent for what? Was this to depelete old rounds or something?

it was meant as a familiarization range, we started with only half the rounds and i guess a couple other troops were gonna join us...well there rounds showed up but they didnt...so we shot all the rounds. what sucked the worst was picking up all the brass and links after we were done
