Let me do some research, but if those spindles will work on my dad's '65 Comet, consider the pair sold.

I would assume this is correct. I think all of the small Ford car spindles were the same during those years...

I know someone selling 69 mustang mach 1 spindles for a pretty good price. will these work at all on a 65 comet 202? I thought the 65 comet suspention is closer to the fairlane, but i am not sure.

Yes buy them and bolt them on. You will have to either change your outer tie rod ends or get adapters from MustangSteve.com to make it work.

1965 Comet is the same as a 1965 Falcon which is the same as a 1965 Mustang, it wasn't until 1966 that Falcon/Comet made the departure to the Fairlane platform.

Yes all these parts will bolt on to a 1965 Comet. This is a very good deal for these parts. I have seen similar kits for over $1000. GLWS.

Are the cobra parts off a fox or sn95?

The brackets are for the SN95 style. I originally had Cobra Calipers with it, but I sold those long ago and replaced them with standard PBR calipers....They both have the same mounting pattern.
