Fly Wheel Resurfacing?

A friend of mine recently picked up a 1991,1992 miata for a toy/project, we are swapping the clutch out, anyone have any decent places to get the fly wheel resurfaced? it looks like it has a steel surface plate bolted to the trans side. do you just swap the surface out?

Where you located at? I've had Mid-5 Auto Parts in Livonia do it before and it came out nice.
