If you've been around NMRA racing and such you may now Ken. Just thought it was worth sharing and I didn't see it posted here yet.
"We have been in search of an 8 second timeslip with a true street car that has the factory 6r80 auto transmission that comes in the new 5.0
Under the Lund Racing banner, we have a few cars that are capable of it, just working up to that point.
We couldn't be happier that the first guy we tuned to get into the 8's is none other than 5.0 King of the Street winner Chris Cruz. Chris is an awesome guy and deserves it.
This was the first time out with the new Whipple 4.0L blower. As you can see from the video, with some tuning and traction, it should pick up.
Keep in mind that this beast is 3900 lbs with driver
