Any one know where on the eastside I can get a halotron fire extinguisher refilled?

Be careful if you are expecting to get it filled and it is expired. I was told by my dad that they are required by law to keep the Extinguisher if it is expired. Recently my dad asked about an antique C02 Extinguisher he gave me. He wanted to get it filled and they told him they couldnt.
