FH/Novi area people...where to do a photoshoot?

My family's going to be in town this weekend, and my dad's bringing his '77 Malibu that just got painted. We'll have a couple hours to kill on Friday afternoon, so I thought it would be cool to go do a little photoshoot. Anybody in the Farmington/Hills/Novi area know of any good spots to snap a couple pics?

Dearborn heights corner of vanborn and Inkster on the side of Walt's Auto Parts walts puffer is a drag racing icon and is painted on the building

Depends on the background effect you want. You could park on the sidewalk by the front doors of the Tilted Kilt in Novi, & when the servers come out to tell you to please move you could snap a few pics.

Seriously, there are a few parks/wetland areas with great back drops. If you like the undeground parking lot look (Stark-Industrialized look) there's a building on the corner of 13 mile & Northwestern, (North West corner) with a semi open (Enclosed parking) but kool look to it. A lot of kool office buildings on Northwestern between 12 & 14 Mile Rd.s with nice landscaping backdrops as well.

There's a cool brick building on the south side of Grand River right at Orchard Lake.

Then head west, jump on M5, and do rolling shots.

They paved that area since those pics were taken so it may even be a little nicer.

The other side of that building is pretty cool too if you remove those power lines in PhotoShop...
