Feeler thread: Indoor heated winter car storage

I have a 4300 square foot warehouse in Sterling Heights and I'm not using much of any of it.
If I could get some interest in 5 or 10 people who need to store some cars for the winter I'll keep it, if not i"m going to walk when my lease expires.
My questions are what's the going rate for that kind of stuff and is anyone here looking for indoor storage?
I'm going to guess I can fit about 15 to 20 cars in it easy.

I was paying $125 at Thunderbird and 15 Mile in Troy. They had an area with lifts where you could work on your cars for $150/month.

I think I was paying $50 a month for a spot in a private barn. Park it in the fall and forget about it until spring.

How about a boat? I have a 24ft boat (I think maybe 27ft length with trailer). Ill pay $425 to keep if from middle October till May 1st. I'll pay in full up front.

I'm at 18 and mound.
I'm thinking $125 a month and maybe a small discount if it's paid in advance.
Payment would either be by autobilling through payapl or I'd keep your credit card on file and run it on the due date every month for the rent.
I can't really give in and out to work on it since I'm not there all the time but the building is alarmed and if I happen to be there or it's arranged in advance I don't care if you're working on it.
I have some work to do tomorrow but let me mull this over for a bit and I'll post up (and pay trunk for a sponsorship) if it's going to be available.
