F150 Leveling Kit Question

Looking at getting a leveling kit for my F150. I see there's a few options (2 or 2.5") etc. What brands, etc have you guys used? Thanks in advance.

I think I have a Rough Country kit on my 2013. I had some cheap off brand on my 2008. Both were less than $100. Make sure you get an alignment afterwards. The newer F150s with stamped steel lower control arms have to come off. The older aluminum control arms just took some persuading with a long prybar and you could sneak the strut back into the pocket.

4x4?

On a 4x4 I hated the look of the 2" front spacers. Still looked higher in the front than the rear.

I used a 1.5......kept a very slight front lower rake. And when I had shit in the bed or trailer hooked up, it didn't look WAY stupid low in the rear. That DRIVES ME NUTS. Part of the punishment of a 1/2 ton truck though.

I'm with Anthony. I think anything more than 1.5" will need taller blocks in the back to prevent the Cali-lean or whatever it's being called. I haven't bothered putting anything on my truck though. If I leveled it, I'd really need airbags to bring the rear back up when I hook up the trailer.

Yep 4x4. Thanks I'll look for a 1.5" kit.

Is that the sir dam looking thing? If so just did that.

You can use a lift block in the rear to achieve the desired stance. A guy at work did the 2.5 in front and a block that was 1.5 larger than stock in rear. It sits dam near level. This was with a 2005 fx4.
