I just put an order in for the 4s and looking to sell my 4.
The phone is in great condition with nothing outside of the typical wear a 1 year old phone would have. It comes with all the accessories (original box, USB charger, and USB to outlet charger) and it's updated with the latest apple software - verison 4.3.5
I'll throw in a carbon fiber looking case for free. I am looking to sell as soon as my 4S comes in the mail, which is going to be next Friday, 10/14.
