Cheaper lol. I paid $230k for it 8 years ago. That was before the new garage, pool, roof, gutter, new master bath and redoing another shower (tile). This is killing me to sell it at this price. We have $50k in upgrades since we bought it.

we all want a 5.5 car garage, its just tough buying a nice house right now when there are so many similar foreclosed ones going for pennies on the dollar...good luck. if it was closer to work, id be checking it out

Yup this is my 3rd home and will be my big loss. This market sucks for the sellers for sure.

Thanks. I think it is to small for all your cars thought lol. Unlsess you bouhgt some lifts. It does have 10ft walls in the garage and a open attic that I didnt get to finish
