I have an almost brand new dual trainer elliptical/exercise bike for sale. It can be used as either an exercise bike or an elliptical. I has a digital readout for time/distance/speed/calories/and heart rate. It has been used maybe 5 times for only a few minutes. It is too big for my apartment and i need the space. Asking 150 for it since its almost brand new.

just like that. You sit on the seat and used it like a bike. The seat moves up and down and in and out for comfort and you can use the hand grips as well.
