electrical issues on 85 mustang

I've got an 85 mustang with a 351W.. It's been my project for about a year now and today I was outside finishing up some stuff wanting to start it up tonight. I jumped in the car to see if it would turn over. flip all the switches on it and hit the start button. The motor starts to crank over then dies out. I flipped open the ARC box and the ignition fuse blew. Threw another one in and it keeps doing the exact same thing. Now this is the first car i have wired up. But I'm completely lost on why this keeps happening..

Any help would be great, if any pictures are needed I can get ASAP. I'd like to have this all said and done by next saturday for the BBQ at stoney.

Thanks.

I'm an electrical guru and I don't live that far from you. I have done many painless kits and also completely rewired cars from scratch. I'm always willing to help out a fellow MM member. I could come by and check it out. It shouldn't be too difficult, It just sounds like you have too many loads on one circuit.

Kevin,

I just sent you a PM.. hopefully that can explain a little more and you will know what to do...

Thank you.

Big thanks to Kevin for coming out today and fixing all my wiring problems.. Now I just have little things to throw together and it should be ready for the BBQ this weekend.
