So if its home made you dont need plates? It was pretty cool you could see through the side covers & see all the batterys/motor.

he's a younger guy built it himself, its a motorcycle rear swing arm and fork, i think 30kw hub/motor, its super quiet and i think he says it goes 50 mph or better. he had to get it check out and get a assmembled tag to get it registered
