basically, i have had numberous ls1 cars going deep into 10's and a few fox's as well there werent any slouch's, but none as fun as my 89lx that had a gt40 motor with f cam and t66 turbo kit. not the fastest but by far the most fun.

to start i want to stay efi for tuneablility and overall cost.

i want to basically go with an efi 351w out of a early 90's f-serious, stay efi, and go with a front mount turbo kit.

any suggestions? can i use the f150 computer or what? do i need to keep the whole harness or just use my accessories and my harness?

idealy would like to have a 351w with 60lb injectors, mass m meter, t70 kit or smaller twin kit, warlboro 255. etc..

100% street car, motor untouched minus a cam, and intake.

im looking to go with the on3 performance turbo kit.

i am most curious to the fact of if i should decide to go with a 351w and stay efi, if my stock 5.0 harness will work. i currently havent purchased a roller or car but if i can take the complete harness out of the f150 still connected to the windsor and plug and play into the 5.0 computer i will venture to find a roller. if it isnt possible to go that route, i will be looking to buy a complete running 5.0 setup.

in all honesty, the numbers and times i want are easily had with a stock 5.0 with cam @ 10psi. mid 11's and 450/450, but im scared of how long it would last.

ok...

but most setup rollers are set up for carb setup...so no harness...

will i be able to take the harness off the 351w and make it work with a MAF ecu off of a fox?

If you go with a 94-98 351W It should be equipted with the roller set up ( bosses for the spider). If not use a 351w grind (same as a 5.0 ho) cam. The EFI Intakes Is available just can be costly. Then you can use the EFI stuff from your car.
