East Side Key Fob Programming

I need a backup FOB for my truck and it says it requires dealer programming - they deleted self programming from my truck in 2011 because they were getting stolen too much I guess. I would rather not drop $300 for a FOB and an hour for a tech to program it at a dealer. Anyone have any options? 2013 Escalade EXT.

I am just kind of surprised that locksmiths program key fobs. I guess it makes sense. I have some older GM fobs from that time frame - I wonder if they can just reprogram them to the EXT?

I asked my Friend Truman at Car Keys Express
(mobile service 800-557-3977) and he said
yes they do service BMW's. Special order on most models, takes
about two weeks to come in, but none of that crazy dealership crap!
