I have a condo I own downstate there for rent, ~1200 square feet, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Living/Dining Room, Nice Galley-type kitchen. Larg, locking basement storage area has workbench with new Private Washer/Dryer. Doorwall leads to small porch on a courtyard setting. Covered carport with additional parking. Older folks mostly, VERY quiet.

Located off Garfield between 19 Mile and Canal, near Lakeside Mall, M-59, Macomb College and St. Joseph's Hospital.

Rent is $800/mo. 2 people can split a nice place for $400 each. I have someone down there who can show it to you/do maintenance. NO ENGINE BUILDING IN THE LIVING ROOM!

Heading down to your neck of the woods this weekend. Will have them up Sun or Mon. Tell her there is a private laundry with new machines. :D

Plymouth, but I work in CLinton Twp. The hour drive is kicking my ass in gas money and travel time. jennie is going to be off for maternity leave, and not positive if she will be returning to her current job in Walled Lake afterwards, so I am trying to get her to move:lol:

There is a master bedroom and a separate room that actually would be great as a nursery. I was going to rent it to my kid and her BF and their soon-to-be baby but they are living the high life at his parents house instead. I thought it'd work great for that. Walled lake is a drive from there. This place is at 19 and Garfield-ish. Really quiet place that would probably work out great for a couple with a baby. Ground floor too. Will get you pics this weekend, or show it if you like too...?

Eric my pediatrician (really good) is at Clinton River and Garfield. 19 and Garfield is the hospital - St. Joseph's. Lakeside Mall is a 2-3 away and Babies r us is another 2 from that. Plus all the other stores and resturants you can imagine...I love the eastside!
