early 302 junk wanted

I have a '71 302 that is in my boat and I am looking for stuff like an intake/carb set up.. and a distributor.. i have a points type and want to switch it over to electronic..

I have some older stuff, is it a 3 bolt crank? I don't have the parts you were looking for, but balancer, crank, pistons, front cover, um....
