Downriver Internet Options?

Hey guys,

I'm moving to the downriver area in a couple months after being out of the state for several years.

I'm looking for opinions on the internetz down there. I know of AT&T, Comcast, and Wide Open West.

I have comcast now, and it's a like/hate relationship. I assume Wide Open West being cable will be mostly similar to Comcast. I've never used AT&T's Uverse so I'd be curious if anyone has opinions on that.

Thanks!

Now that I live in the civilized world, I use WOW 50Mbit internet.. couldn't be happier! :D

Thanks for the input. This is especially important for me as I'm going to be working exclusively from home.

Bad internet = job problems.

I've always had Comcast when I lived further north. Can't say as that I'm a huge fan of Comcast anymore.

I have WOW now, pretty happy with it. So far the only problem I've experienced in the year that I've had it is I've had to reprogram my tv channels about 5 times in the past 3 months. This isn't the tv with the box on it.... it's the "other" one in the bedroom without a box.

No problems whatsoever with the internet though.
