I have a friend who has a problem with his T&C and the dealers around here keeps trying to fuck him. He needs someone to find out what is actually wrong with the car.
Does anyone work in the service department of a Chrysler dealer.

48k miles Its been acting up since about 29k miles
it wont climb RPM, It gets limited to speeds at times, Like it will max out at 33mph or 45mph with your foot on the floor
it will shake and miss fire at times.
every time he takes it to the dealer he tells him he must have put e85 in it, which he hasn't done.
he uses the same gas station for his equinox and he has never had an issue.
