Do they make newer style window moldings for deleting the metal trim?

Im swapping out the front and rear windows on my mustang because theyre both kinda scratched and gouged and was wondering if they made any kind of newer type seals for them?

Id like to get larger cut speedglass or something and flushmount them if at all possible with the small rubber seals.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
