Diesel Brothers fined & banned

I remember a few years ago that Casper's Electronics got big fines for selling O2 simulators. All they did was put a big fine on them, and now people order them on ebay. Fucking waste of our tax money prosecuting that crap - it probably cost millions to prosecute them to get a small fine. They will keep making all their stuff, just probably won't do installs anymore.

Buying O2 Sims from a retailer is a thing if the past. Some sellers list them as other parts to get by. Bama or Brenspeed and SCT just got ass hammered by the EPA for tunes.
 
I am all for efficient diesels - emissions equipment on them or not

Making a diesel vehicle produce thick black smoke just for the hell of it is gay as fuck

Probably. CARB busted K&N a few years ago too for selling non-CARB compliant Cold Air kits. I think Cold Air Inductions actually refuses to ship to California because of that BS. It is literally multi-million dollar virtue signaling. There is no societal benefit to prosecuting these people.

I don't know what is worse - getting stuck behind a diesel truck rolling coal, or behind some pothead in a 76 Monte Carlo on Outer Drive yesterday.
