Big thanks to Rick over at Detail express, he waited an hour after the shop closed today so I could pick my car up. Great customer survice!!!

Just needs to be washed and a quick wax and its ready for the year :w00t:

car looked good, love the color! How do you know rick? he tints for us part time, but does some of his own jobs elsewhere and at our shop on the side as well.

what percent is the windshield? it looks awesome! love sonic blue, the tint makes it 10x better

Looks like a ticket waiting to happen, I give it 3 months and you will get popped :gr_jest: You going to lower the car or are you leaving it looking like a 4x4

Matt.....Is the name of the guy who works at detail express Rick Mongene?? Reason I ask is, I have had him come to my house a few times to do some work. Would be funny if there were two Ricks.

yeah that is rick mongene  he's a good guy, and a great tinter. hell he's been doing it probably longer than i've been alive (yet i still give him a ton of shit all the time :lmao: ) He's been working for us ehh 3 or 4 years now.

as for getting popped for the windshield, it's a crapshoot. i used to get pulled over all the time when i was in highschool (hell, i think just about every other weekend i would be stripping my side windows and JTCstrats windows out of my garage). since then, the last 3 vehicles i've owned with tinted everything windshield included i haven't even been ticketed (knock on wood) doctors notes still don't cover a tinted windshield. however most cops don't even notice them, you're more likely to get ticketed for the side windows and not the shield

LOL, that is funny. Rick is a good dude, he has been over a few times to do my cars and my friends cars in my garage. He does great work for sure.
