PRICE DROPPED $259, I need this thing out of here!
I figured i would post this up for sale here before listing it on ebay. This is a netbook computer which I have been messing around with for the past couple of days (testing win7 on it). It works flawlessly and currently has a licensed copy of windows 7 ultimate installed on it (I will provide a downloaded copy to the winner along with the valid License Key).
This machine is under warranty by Dell until 10/23/2010.
The netbook has a 16Gb SSD of Which 8.5Gb remains free. If you want to install office or any other large programs I would suggest using an SD card and installing them on that. I tested a copy of office 2007 using this method on this machine. Besides the install being painfully slow, the actual program preformed fine.
The netbook currently has 1.5Gb of RAM installed (limited to 2GB total). It has the following Win7 experience ratings:]
Processor 2.2
Memory 4.4
Graphics 2.1
Gaming Graphics 3.0
Hard Disk 5.8
This computer is a great setup for internet/ms office/emailing/Windows Media Player, etc......this machine will not handle any type of video/photo editing. The real upside to this netbook is that is has a keyboard with a normal layout and it gets over 7 hours of battery life.
I have been pretty impressed by this machine thus far. I have actually thought about replacing my xps 1340 with one of these for travel use. I need one with a webcam though so this one is up for sale.
