Dana 44 Main Bearing Caps

Looked at Mark Williams, Strange and did a Goggle. Have not come up with a source for a billet main bearing (carrier bearing) cap(s) for the Dana 44.

Any ideas ?
 
Suspect that you guys are correct. D44`s are not the most popular axle around.......

Girdle and ARP studs looks like all it is going to be

Hmmm,
Sounds interesting except for the line honing. Axle is already tubed.

Could an x/y dimension be made on the OEM cap? Then new one made to that size plus a few thou. in the front/back . Like an aftermarket cap is.

Any idea of how $$ ?
