Curb rash

does anybody know of a way to fix curb rash, just put these wheels on a week ago well last night I couldnt see shit and... didn't mess it up too bad just one section on the lip about 3" long little gouges mostly just in the clear but a couple in the aluminum. somebody has to have a fix for this, help. Hard to say without seeing what you've done. You could get some fine sandpaper and polish em back out.
