Crazy police chase in Ohio

uhh... standing on the hood shooting the driver... I would like to see their rules and regulations.

I love how the video starts out where the guy tries to get away and the cop turns it into, "He just tried to ram me." :shake:

Not saying running was a smart move. But, come on...
