crankshaft pully removal

i have the rental ducks foot looking puller on it and i have it torqued down so tight i am either gonna brake a wrench or rip the threads out,,,, it wont budge at all.
any ideas?

bolt broke off and now is stuck in the pully

Dumb question..........did you remove the bolt and washer from the end of the crank??
