Craigslist LOL

Is Ranger was used as a security vehicle for an apartment complex. I recently put some money into it and it runs and idles very nicely. It does have a transmission problem, it will not shit into ANY gear or even grind gears. I dont know if the trans is bad or if this is just electrical. A/C Works, Engine runs very strong ONLY 23,xxx miles (those are accurate miles, it was only driven around the lot - never used for travel) New battery and fluids changed and updated. Rebuilt starter. The radiator has a hole in it, it does not hold any fluid. body is in very rough shape. Wipers work, not sure about heat, lights work, radio not functional. 5 lug aluminum rims, tires have a little dry rot but decent tread and hold air. This is basically a good fixer uper with extremely low miles and a good running engine that burns no oil at all. No rod knock or ticks. Please email for questions. Open to reasonable offers
 
Aside from the fact it will not 'shit' into gear and only has rims (no wheels?) - Looks like a pretty honest ad :D
