Does anyone have experience swapping a coyote motor into an sn95 car/new edge? I haven't found anything good online that isn't from a professional shop.

Tossing around the idea picking up one for mine, any thoughts ?

Coyote is a great modern motor. Pound for pound the best IMO. I'd love to swap one someday, maybe cut up the '67 and make it fit. Go for it!

Thanks guys, I was reading those articles and was able to branch off and find a bunch of info.

From what I can find there is a lot of little things that add up quickly, might keep my eye open for an 03-04 motor

Yea, they can cost a bunch depending on how you build it and how much you get the engine for. the termi engines are starting to become cheaper but are also older. The Coyote comes stock with 400 HP so the numbers are close. The control pack is the most expensive part if you go that route. You need a F150 timing chain cover for power steering provisions unless you modified your car to have an electric rack.

After doing both the '03 Cobra Swap and the Coyote Setup in Fox Bodies......I'd Lean towards the Coyote.......

From reading those articles you'd have to pay to have the gauges working or put in aftermarket gauges. Being a modular motor came out of my car most of it is interchangeable for a c head swap
