I'm a Costco member, but have never been a Sams Club member and hear people talk about a lot of the deals there. It sounds like it may be better (more economical) at Sam's than Costco.

So who gets your money? Sams or Costco

Costco has been rated to have higher quality goods over sams club time and time again. plus they pay their workers better and have been applauded for their benefits they receive. do some google searches and you'll see.

I was Costo 2 yrs ago and Sam's last year. I think the deciding factor for me is proximity. They are pretty much the same from a product standpoint as far as I can tell.

We go to both as each one carries stuff that the other doesn't.

Although Costco Pizza > Sam's Pizza hands down!!! :w00t:

I use both. They both carry many similar items, but other things are unique to one or the other. So I go to whichever has what I am looking for.

Sams Club...I hate Costco. I had both and canceled my Costco membership. The store just seemed like a cluster fuck inside, nothing seemed organized. And it seemed it was always full with people scrambling to find shit causing a "cluster fuck" feel to it.

Im gonna disagree on the pizza too. :)

What you talkin bout willis. The layout of the stores is literally the same.

And i'm sorry, the costco crust is SO MUCH better than Sam's. :)

gotta go with Costco. My father-in-law works for corporate and my mother-in-law manages a building in Chicago :)

Costco for me. I really like how the operate as a business and choose their products. People I know who work there are very happy as well.

Not to mention that Sams = Walmart.

Neither. I canceled my Costco membership a while back because the checkouts were SOOOOOO slow.

Saving $2.00 by purchasing a ten pound box of pretzels isn't worth waiting thirty minutes in line.

Every flipping time I went to Costco it was a huge production in terms of line waits. No thanks.

Plus their hours of operation suck.

I find this extremely hard to believe. What location?

When do you go?

I'm at the Auburn Hills or Lakeside locations at least once a month. Longest I've been inline was 3 people deep.

They are open until 8:30 on weekdays and 6 on the weekend, never had an issue there either :D
