cooling problems

i have a 351 windsor 30 over in a notch i got a 4 core aluminum radiator and a 55gpm eletric water pump a 160 stat and dual 11 inch coolin fane and a c4 trans and the coolin temp is 210 any help please thnx
 
210 isnt THAT bad.... only thing that i can really recommend is shroud placement/ cooling fan clutch (if there is a clutch on that fan) possibly wire in a high flow electric fan.
