converting from pedalstill mount to 7/16 stud mount rockers?

can it be done? what needs to be done? i just picked up a set of gt40x aluminum head for cheap. and i have 1.7 7/16 mount roller rockers new in the box with 7/16 studs and guide plates that i bought for my '70 dooe 351w heads i was going to use...
